this is a video on how to do light painting and how to get started and to help know the simple things
in the images of the light painting we have done we all took turns to try and make things with the lights like devils and angels and then amy came up with the idea to do the speak no evil, hear no evil and see no evil where we used the flash three times so you could then see three of me doing the three signs when trying to create something with the lights it was a challenge since your not able to see what you are drawing but at the same time its haed to think of what your going to draw and its hard to see
For the settings of the camera we had the shutter speeds of f10,f8 and f4 we tried these three different ones to see how they would come out im not to sure what specific

john hesketh
what is there to say about john hesketh for me not much since i was not able to find much about him although i did find his website in which he told his readers what he does every morning about his tea and his morning walk with the dogs so im going to talk about his different style in light painting which i find very interesting John hesketh's style is very peaceful but strange at the same time and in his work he seems to like to concentrate on angels as you can see in the slide show but his style of light painting is that he doesnt create onjects with the light but instead he illuminates thing he has used in his image like the flowers and stones in the first image of the slide show which is a type of light painting i haven't seen before but i think it seems to look a lot better and makes an image even more vibrant and full of life. heskeths seems to do his work in a studio than a public place like gilbreth or man ray which in my eyes gives a better effect since you are able to control the amount of light in the image
I have chosen this image out of the final images on light painting since i thought of this one my self but also because it is the only successful drawing i have done I drew the boat and Lauren drew the sea i thought it would be a peaceful and successful
